Professional development

For the people responsible for diversity and inclusion, and employment equity programs, meeting to share the experiences, challenges and lessons learned with other professionals sharing similar goals at their own organizations can bring valuable outcomes.

Before CCDI, Michael and Susan actually met through groups like this when they were in diversity leadership roles and designed the group for other diversity and equity practitioners at our Employer Partners, based on what worked.
